Mary's make up work.
Remember:
1) you can only make up three points per session.
2) each point must be 50 minutes worth of work so your work must reflect 50 minutes worth of work.
3) the make up work must e done within one week of your absence.
4) If you need to talk to Mary be sure she is available. She attends meetings and appeals so check before you come in.
For the first week: go to New York Times . Once there go to their health section. Print off two articles and summarize each one. Plan to come in some time and talk to Mary about your articles. Have your articles and summaries with you.
For the second week of class we read a print article from Discover Health. Get the article from Mary. Summarize the article. Plan to come in some time and talk to Mary about your summary.
For any other week go to any news source. This could be a web based source or print. Once there read two articles related to health. Summarize the articles and tell me where you got the article from. After the summary tell me your opinion of the article.
